You can download the Image Importer Wizard version 3.5 here. The trial version can import 1000 images. During trial period the Next  button on the wizard will be disabled for 10 secs before it allows you to proceed.

• IIWSetup35.zip (8013 kb) includes help, sample layouts, flash tutorials and VB 6 runtime files.

In the window that pops up, select Save it to disk. Once the file has been downloaded, install it by following the instructions provided here.
