Download the setup program of Handout Wizard for
PowerPoint 97 and later

Downloading the install file

Choose the program you want to download. All available programs are listed on the download page.

Note the name of the file.

Click on the link to download the file. A dialog bow opens and asks you "What would you like to do with this file". Click on "Save it to disk".

In a second window, choose a folder to save the file. Then click OK. The download begins. Please be patient and wait until the end of the process.
Installation instructions

Run the setup file howsetup.exe and which will install the files in to the specified folder.

Launch PowerPoint.

Click on Tools | Add-ins to bring up the add-ins window.

Click on Add to bring up the 'Add New PowerPoint Add-in' dialog box. Navigate to the folder where Handout Wizard files were installed and select the Add-in file (HOW.ppa) and click on OK.

Highlight the add-in name (HOW) and click on Load to load the add-in.

You might be prompted with the macro virus warning. Enable the macros. When the Add-in is properly loaded, it will display a 'X' against the add-in name.

That's it. You have successfully loaded the add-in. A new popup, 'HandOut Wizard...' will appear on the Tools menu.
Note:
For the HOW add-in to load the macro settings (Tools
| Macros | Security) should be set to a security level -
MEDIUM first and then loaded. To set this...
1. Select Tools | Macros | Security on the security level
tab, check MEDIUM.
2. Click on OK
3. Now load the Add-in as per the instructions.
4. Once the add-in has been loaded you can set the Security level back to HIGH
