Many of you have written in
requesting information pertaining to the various keyboard shortcuts
available. At times I am unable to reply individually. But here is
solution which would solve most of your requests. Word provides a
built-in macro which generates all the shortcuts.
Select Tools, Macros, Macros
to arrive at the macros dialog window. Now select Word Command
from the macros list. Type ListCommands in the macro
name field and click Run. Select either Current
menu & keyboard settings or All word
Commands in the list command dialog. Click OK. Word will proceed to
create a document showing current settings or all commands.
Take a print out of the document as a
ready reckoner.
