Retain paragraph formatting while pasting |
Have you ever noticed that when you
copy and paste a paragraph from a Word document, its formatting will
change to the same formatting as the formatting of the text around
it. How does one retain its original formatting when you have to
copy it at another location?
Click the Paragraphs Markings
button from the toolbar. It looks like ¶. Now, copy
and paste your text. The formatting will stay the same.
