Have you ever encountered a
situation wherein you type a letter or a document only to find
that the last couple of lines spill over to the next page. This could look
rather unprofessional. Wouldn't it be nice to have the overflowing text adjusted
onto the same page? So what do you do?
U could spend time reformatting your document or you could
use the Shrink to Fit feature of Word. It is available
only in the Print Preview mode. To access it switch to
Print Preview mode. Locate the iconic button (tool tip - Shrink to
fit) and click on it. Word will automatically reformat the
document in order to adjust the overflowing text onto the same page. Word does
it by intelligently reducing the font size across the Styles
currently used in the document. So be sure to look through the formatting
once again before printing the document.
